Golf Instruction at The Legends Golf Club
The Legends Golf Club is pleased to have three PGA Professionals on staff to help you with improving any aspect of your golf game.
The Legends Golf Club offers both indoor and outdoor instruction. Indoor instruction inside of the Morse Golf Academy gives us the ability to analyze your swing in both 2D and 3D as well as measuring how your body moves with Sportsbox 3D Studio software along with GCQuad Max launch monitor analysis for measuring both the golf ball and the golf club. Indoor instruction is available any time of the year.
Outdoor instruction is given on the driving range, short game area or in certain appointments on the golf course. As we all know, golf is played off grass so learning to deal with various turf conditions, different grass lengths, uneven lies, weather conditions and other things that cannot be simulated inside is what our primary focus tends to be on when outside. Whether it is 100 yards and in or chipping, pitching, bunkers (greenside and fairway) or putting, we will help you improve any part of your game. Outdoors is where we can learn the “feel” and “touch” aspects of the game which are critical to your overall game and ultimately your score out on the course. Outdoor instruction is generally given from mid-April to about mid-October but is certainly weather dependent.

About MGA
Founded and built in 2020, MGA is Owned and Operated by Jim Morse, PGA Director of Instruction at The Legends GC and Crystal Morse, PGA Head Professional at The Legends GC who together have over 50 years of teaching and coaching experience.
MGA is a 3,200 square foot indoor facility designed to give students a premier learning experience with the latest in technology and measuring devices. Complete with three spacious hitting studios that measure 500 square feet each along with 12-foot ceilings, our students enjoy maximum comfort whether they are taking a private lesson, practicing or getting fit for golf clubs. All 3 rooms are outfitted with large impact screens that measure 20’ by 10’ along with Foresight Sports GCQuad Max launch monitors. Many of the best players in the world on all professional tours utilize these same monitors for their games as they are truly the best and most accurate in terms of both ball and club data and we want our students to have the same superior technology while learning to improve.
Two of these studios are dedicated specifically for instruction and utilize Sportsbox 3D Studio software and cameras to analyze swings and body movements in both 2D and 3D. This technology is most certainly the future in golf instruction and once again, many of the best players in the world are using this system to analyze how their bodies are moving throughout the golf swing to help maximize their ball striking results.
The third studio is a certified Callaway Fitting Studio that is fully equipped with the latest and greatest in golf clubs from Callaway Golf.
Also featured in MGA is an 800 square foot putting green to help keep the putting stroke in check.
